Sabbatical Lake LLC exists to empower individuals to reclaim their health and wellness through holistic approaches, biblical principles, natural therapies, and education centered around balance and intentional living.

2. General Policy Overview
We strive to create a supportive, safe, and respectful space for all participants, clients, and partners engaging with Sabbatical Lake offerings, including virtual retreats, in-person events, ebooks, and herbal products.

3. Registration and Participation

All participants must complete the necessary health forms and consent agreements prior to engaging in any retreat or wellness service.Event registrations are confirmed once payment is received in full.Late arrivals, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before a retreat or workshop may qualify for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.Cancellations made less than 14 days before an event are non-refundable.Digital products such as ebooks or courses are non-refundable due to the nature of immediate access.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our offerings are not a substitute for professional medical care.Individuals are encouraged to consult their physician before beginning any detox, herbal, or lifestyle program.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, including health forms and assessments, are kept private and confidential in accordance with HIPAA compliance where applicable.

7. Shipping Policy (for Retreat Boxes & Products)

Items are shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.Sabbatical Lake is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address entry or postal service issues.
